Adults only

Pleasure Standard is intended only for adults age 18 and older. By using the store or placing an order, you represent that you meet the minimum legal age applicable to the purchase and use of the products in your location.

Product information

We work to present accurate product names, descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility information and images based on manufacturer and supplier information available to us. Product packaging, color, specifications or availability can change. Manufacturer instructions supplied with a product control over general educational content on this site.

Education is not medical advice

Guides and product education on Pleasure Standard are general information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop using a product if it causes concerning pain, injury, numbness, irritation or another adverse reaction, and seek appropriate medical care when needed.

Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions, shipping charges and availability may change. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory. If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, address problems, pricing errors, supplier restrictions or legal requirements.

Shipping and fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled by one or more authorized distributors or fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. The Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Because the catalog includes intimate and personal-care goods, hygiene restrictions apply to returns. The current Refund and Returns Policy and any product-specific notice apply to return eligibility.

App-connected and third-party products

Some products rely on manufacturer apps, accounts, firmware, Bluetooth, internet services or other third-party technology. Those services are operated under the manufacturer or third party’s own terms and privacy practices and may change independently of Pleasure Standard.

Responsible use

Use products only as intended and follow all manufacturer warnings, age restrictions, charging instructions, cleaning guidance, water-resistance limits and other directions. Do not use damaged products or products in a manner inconsistent with their instructions.

Intellectual property

Pleasure Standard branding, original editorial content, site design and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Site availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue portions of the site, catalog or services and may correct errors or update information without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business, service providers and legal requirements develop. Final production terms will display the applicable effective date and required business information before launch.
