PLEASURE STANDARD

Refund and Returns Policy

Staging policy draft: This page is being prepared for launch and will receive final business-contact and processor-specific review before the production store opens.

Return eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or unsealed intimate products are generally not eligible for discretionary return. Unopened, unused merchandise in its original sealed packaging may be eligible for return when requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to product and supplier restrictions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Pleasure Standard promptly and keep the item, original packaging and shipping materials. We may request photographs or other information needed to document the issue with the fulfillment partner.

Before sending a return

Contact Pleasure Standard for authorization and instructions before mailing merchandise. Do not send an item directly to the manufacturer, supplier or the return address on a shipping label unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Refunds

Once an authorized return or documented order issue is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Non-refundable items

Opened or used intimate goods, products with broken hygiene seals, gift cards, downloadable products and items identified as final sale are not eligible for discretionary refunds except where required by law or where an approved defect, damage or fulfillment error applies.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are not normally refundable for discretionary returns. We will address reasonable shipping costs when a return is caused by an approved defect, damage or fulfillment error, subject to the instructions we provide for that return.

Order cancellations

We will try to honor cancellation requests made before an order enters fulfillment. Once a supplier or warehouse begins processing an order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
